MIXing TERMS
All tracks should be 100% ready for mixing by the time we receive them.
If there are any timing/quantization issues or vocal tuning issues they should be fixed by the producer of the song before the mixing process starts to avoid any problems during mixing.
The projects’ audio tracks (stems) should be named properly, indicating the instrument that is recorded on the track. For example: “GTR LEAD”, “SYNTH CHORDS” etc.
The audio tracks (stems) should be exported in the same sample rate as the project was created in. For example: 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz. Please export the audio tracks as WAV 24 bit unnormalized.
Please provide the key and BPM of the song. (A Major / 150 BPM etc.)
Any effects that have been used on the project for sound design purposes can stay, other than that all channels can be delivered dry (no effects on them). This includes reverbs, delays, compressors on vocals etc.
After the mixing is done, a copy will be sent to the artist/producer and 5 free revisions will be offered. If any extra alterations are needed after those 5 revisions, We would ask for an extra fee depending on the extra time it will take for me to complete the said revision.
Payments for the mixing and mastering services are due in full before any work begins.
Mixing sessions are non-attended.
MASTERING/STEM MASTERING TERMS
Please send the final version of the mix file (premaster) without any kind of limiting on the master channel. We will listen to the final mix and we will inform you if any adjustments need to be done on the mix before mastering or if we can start mastering directly.
If a stem mastering is required we will inform you about the necessary stem grouping we will need the project to be exported in.
The format of the final mix (premaster) should be WAV 24 bit and in the same sample rate as the mix project was made in. For example: 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz.
We offer for each mastering 4 free revisions, if any further revisions are needed, a fixed fee would be added per extra revision.
Payments for the mastering services are due in full before any work begins.

Please notice that we don't offer or promise any project archiving. We will hold on to the project files for as long as we can. Please make sure you backup the project files after delivery.
